Which apps does it work with?
Any of them: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and any call that goes through your computer. TellPip listens to what your computer plays and picks up, without plugging into the meeting.
Which languages does it speak?
TellPip recognises 25 European languages on its own, even when they switch mid-call. Answers and notes follow the language being spoken, and a written question gets its answer in the language you wrote it in. The interface is available in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
What does Pip remember about my clients, and where?
After every call Pip writes a short profile for each person: commitments made, requests, open questions. Client memory is included in Solo. Everything stays on your computer, where you can look it up, correct it, forget a person or delete everything whenever you like.
Why is TellPip different from the others?
The best-known call assistants are built mainly for job interviews, and every call starts from scratch. TellPip is built for work with clients: it reminds you what you promised, searches your documents, suggests what to say. No bot joins the call and your audio stays on your computer. Pip whispers, you do the talking.
Can the other people in the call see TellPip?
No. No bot joins the meeting, so the participants see nothing. With Invisibility, a Solo add-on included in Everything and Enterprise, TellPip’s windows are also kept out of screen sharing and recordings.
Does my audio leave my computer?
Never. Transcription happens entirely on your computer, with a local model that also works offline. To write an answer, TellPip sends the AI only the text it needs: your question, the mode’s instructions, the relevant part of the conversation, the relevant passages of your documents or, when the mode’s documents are short, their full text, a short reminder about your clients if memory is on and, if you’ve turned it on, a screenshot.
Is my data used to train the AI?
No. What TellPip sends to the AI to answer you isn’t used to train it. Your archive, notes and client memory stay on your computer.
What happens after launch?
After the promo, Everything costs a month and the 5-hour pack . Subscribe during the launch promo and you keep the launch price for as long as you stay subscribed. Start your free trial during the promo and you keep it too, as long as you subscribe within 30 days after it ends.
What do I need to get started?
A Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) and macOS 14.2 or later. Sign in with your email and a 6-digit code: the free trial gives you 5 sessions of up to 10 minutes, one per account and per computer, and needs no card.
I only need it for one call. Do I have to subscribe?
No. The 5-hour pack costs , VAT included, with every feature, and is valid for 90 days. If calls then become a habit, a plan is waiting for you.
Can I invite a colleague?
Yes. In the app’s settings you’ll find your personal link. Whoever signs up from it gets 7 free sessions instead of 5; when their first payment (any plan or the 5-hour pack) is 14 days old and hasn’t been refunded, you get a free month of your plan. One reward per person invited, up to 12 free months a year, never cash.
Is the yearly plan worth it?
Yes: you pay for ten months and use twelve. That goes for Solo, Everything, the add-ons and Enterprise.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Prices for individuals include VAT: what you see is what you pay. Enterprise is sold to companies, so its price is shown + VAT.In the USA and Canada prices are shown before tax: the tax is added at checkout. Enterprise is sold to companies, so its price is shown in euro + VAT.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying: withdraw and we refund the part you haven’t used (the days for a subscription, the hours for the pack). After that you can cancel whenever you like and the subscription won’t renew. All the details are in the refund policy.
