What happens after launch?

After the promo, Everything costs a month and the 5-hour pack . Subscribe during the launch promo and you keep the launch price for as long as you stay subscribed. Start your free trial during the promo and you keep it too, as long as you subscribe within 30 days after it ends.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 5 sessions of up to 10 minutes each, with everything in Everything, and they don’t expire. No card: you only add it when you buy. Pip remembers your trial calls, so by the third one it already knows the first. One trial per account and per computer.

Can I invite a colleague?

Yes. In the app’s settings you’ll find your personal link. Whoever signs up from it gets 7 free sessions instead of 5; when their first payment (any plan or the 5-hour pack) is 14 days old and hasn’t been refunded, you get a free month of your plan. One reward per person invited, up to 12 free months a year, never cash.

What counts as an hour in the 5-hour pack?

The time Pip spends listening to a call. The hours last 90 days from purchase. If you use them up, you buy another five or move to Solo.

Is the yearly plan worth it?

Yes: you pay for ten months and use twelve. That goes for Solo, Everything, the add-ons and Enterprise.

Are prices with or without VAT?

Prices for individuals include VAT: what you see is what you pay. Enterprise is sold to companies, so its price is shown + VAT.In the USA and Canada prices are shown before tax: the tax is added at checkout. Enterprise is sold to companies, so its price is shown in euro + VAT.

What extra does Enterprise offer?

The company knowledge base shared with the team, Propose to the wiki, unlimited documents, seats managed by an admin, a single invoice and priority support. All the add-ons are included.

Solo or Everything?

Solo has answers, notes, client memory and your documents. Everything adds invisibility and real-time answers, and costs less than Solo with both add-ons bought separately.

Can I use TellPip on two computers?

Solo works on one computer at a time; you can move the licence to another computer once every 30 days. With Enterprise, each seat has its own licence.
