TellPip’s plans
TellPip offers a free trial, a pack of hours for those who use Pip now and then, and three subscription plans. Solo is for the individual professional, who adds the add-ons that best fit their work. Everything is Solo with both add-ons, for less. Enterprise is for firms, companies and teams, and includes everything. Your plan is tied to your account, not to a licence key: you sign in with your email and TellPip instantly recognises everything you have, on whichever computer you’re using.
Your plan is always shown in Settings → Subscription, together with the sessions left in your trial or the end date of the current period.
Prices for individuals include VAT: what you see is what you pay. Enterprise is sold to companies and its prices exclude VAT.
The free trial
The free trial gives you 5 free sessions, each with up to 10 minutes of Pip listening to your call. There’s no card to add: sign in with your email and a 6-digit code, and the trial is active. You only add a card when you decide to buy.
During a trial session a timer shows you the minutes left. A session counts as used as soon as it starts, even if you stop it early: minutes you don’t use aren’t carried over. Notes, questions to past calls and document search don’t use up sessions. The sessions don’t expire, so you can use them at your own pace. In Settings → Subscription you can see how many are left.
After the fifth session, Pip stops listening until you buy the 5-hour pack or a plan. Nothing is lost: your memory, notes and past calls stay where they are, and you can still read them.
What the trial includes
Everything in the Everything plan:
- All of Solo, client memory included.
- Invisibility and Real-time answers.
- Smart answers, for questions that need deeper reasoning, and Fast answers, to get the essential answer straight away.
- Reference files in your modes, up to 15 documents.
The company knowledge base, with connected sources such as Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint or a folder on your computer, and the Propose to the wiki feature, is what sets Enterprise apart.
One trial per account and per computer
Each account gets one free trial, and so does each computer. The trial is there before your first purchase: buying the 5-hour pack or a plan doesn’t add free sessions. If the trial has already been used, TellPip tells you when you sign in, with one of these messages:
- This email has already used the free trial.
- This Mac has already used the free trial with another email.
In both cases you can keep using TellPip with the 5-hour pack or with the plan that suits you best: it only takes a few seconds.
The 5-hour pack
If you only need Pip now and then, for the negotiation that matters or to prepare for an interview, the 5-hour pack costs €49, VAT included, and includes everything: Solo’s features, client memory, invisibility and real-time answers.
- What counts is the hours Pip listens to a call. Notes, questions to past calls and document search don’t use up your hours.
- The hours are valid for 90 days from purchase. Hours not used within 90 days expire.
- You can see the hours left in Settings → Subscription.
- When you run out, you can buy another pack or move to Solo. If you buy the pack several times, a plan is probably better value: Solo is €25 a month, without counting hours.
Solo
Solo is the plan for the individual professional: €25 a month, or €250 a year (two months free). It includes:
- answers when you ask for them, with Suggest, the quick actions and written questions;
- Smart answers, which reason more deeply, and Fast, which goes straight to the point: Pip decides on its own how much to reason, and you can point it the way;
- client memory: Pip remembers people, promises and open points, and brings them back at your next call. See client memory;
- notes after every call and questions to your past calls;
- a mode for every kind of call, with nine ready-made templates to start from;
- up to 15 reference documents in total, across all your modes;
- one computer at a time: the licence can move to another computer once every 30 days.
Transcription and document search happen right on your computer, thanks to the local model: they work offline too, recognise the spoken language on their own and are included in every plan.
Add-ons
Build your Solo plan with the features you need, and update it whenever you like. Add-ons follow the plan’s billing cycle: if Solo is yearly, so are they, with a single renewal date and a single invoice.
- Invisibility: +€19 a month (+€190 a year). TellPip stays out of screen sharing and recordings, for presentations that always look tidy. See staying invisible.
- Real-time answers: +€19 a month (+€190 a year). The answer appears on its own, without pressing anything. See automatic answers.
With both add-ons Solo would cost €63 a month: Everything gives you the same for less.
Everything
Everything is Solo with Invisibility and Real-time answers already included: €59 a month, or €590 a year (two months free). It’s the plan we recommend if you want Pip at its best in every call, and it costs less than Solo with both add-ons. If you want to give Pip your company’s knowledge, Enterprise is the ideal solution.
Enterprise
Enterprise costs €150 + VAT per seat a month, or €1,500 + VAT per seat a year (two months free). It includes everything Solo offers, with all the add-ons, plus:
- the company knowledge base: connected sources like Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint or folders, shared with the whole team;
- Propose to the wiki: after every call Pip prepares the call’s notes page and the update to the client’s page, which you approve and which are saved in the knowledge base folder on your computer;
- unlimited reference documents;
- seats managed by an administrator for the whole team, with a single invoice;
- priority support.
To activate Enterprise, press Let’s talk on the pricing page, say how many seats you need and leave your work email: we’ll get in touch to activate your team’s licences.
How to subscribe
Open Settings → Subscription. Under Choose your plan pick monthly or yearly, then press Choose Everything, or Choose Solo after ticking the add-ons you want. For the 5-hour pack press Buy. Confirm, and you complete the payment in your browser, on Paddle’s secure page. For Enterprise, press Contact us and we’ll get back to you.
The subscription is activated on your account: TellPip recognises it automatically, with no codes to enter.
Plan labels
TellPip always shows you clearly what each plan offers: next to features that come with another plan you’ll find a short label telling you how to turn them on.
- Add-on for the Solo plan: a feature you can add to your Solo plan at any time.
- Enterprise plan only: for example connected sources and Propose to the wiki, available with Enterprise.
- Needs an active trial, hour pack or subscription: choose a plan to keep using every feature.
Your data is always safe: sessions, notes and memory stay on your computer and are ready to use with your subscription.

I prezzi per i privati sono IVA inclusa: quello che vedi è quello che paghi. Enterprise si vende alle aziende e i suoi prezzi sono senza IVA.
La prova gratuita
La prova gratuita ti dà 5 sessioni gratuite: in ognuna Pip ascolta la call per 10 minuti al massimo. Niente carta: entri con la tua email e un codice di 6 cifre, e la prova è attiva. La carta la lasci solo quando decidi di acquistare.
Durante una sessione di prova un timer ti mostra i minuti che restano. Una sessione conta come usata appena parte, anche se la chiudi prima: i minuti che non usi non si recuperano. Le note, le domande alle call passate e la ricerca nei documenti non consumano sessioni. Le sessioni non scadono, quindi puoi usarle con i tuoi tempi. In Impostazioni → Abbonamento vedi quante te ne restano.
Dopo la quinta sessione Pip smette di ascoltare finché non acquisti il pacchetto 5 ore o un piano. Non perdi nulla: memoria, note e call passate restano dove sono e puoi continuare a leggerle.
Cosa include la prova
Tutto quello che c’è in Tutto compreso:
- Tutto Solo, compresa la memoria dei clienti.
- Invisibilità e Risposte in tempo reale.
- Le risposte Smart, per le domande che richiedono un ragionamento più approfondito, e le risposte Veloce, per avere subito la risposta essenziale.
- I file di riferimento nelle modalità, fino a 15 documenti.
La knowledge base aziendale, con le fonti collegate come Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint o una cartella del computer e la funzione Proponi alla wiki, è la funzione distintiva di Enterprise.
Una prova per account e per computer
Ogni account ha a disposizione una prova gratuita, e lo stesso vale per ogni computer. La prova c’è solo prima del primo acquisto: comprare il pacchetto 5 ore o un piano non aggiunge sessioni gratuite. Se la prova è già stata utilizzata, al momento dell’accesso TellPip te lo indica con uno di questi messaggi:
- Questa email ha già usato la prova gratuita.
- Questo Mac ha già usato la prova gratuita con un’altra email.
In entrambi i casi puoi continuare a usare TellPip con il pacchetto 5 ore o con il piano più adatto a te: bastano pochi secondi.
Il pacchetto 5 ore
Se ti serve Pip solo ogni tanto, per la trattativa che conta o per prepararti a un colloquio, il pacchetto 5 ore costa 49 € IVA inclusa e include tutto: le funzioni di Solo, la memoria dei clienti, l’invisibilità e le risposte in tempo reale.
- Contano le ore in cui Pip ascolta una call. Le note, le domande alle call passate e la ricerca nei documenti non consumano le ore.
- Le ore valgono 90 giorni dall’acquisto. Quelle non usate entro i 90 giorni scadono.
- Puoi vedere le ore rimaste in Impostazioni → Abbonamento.
- Quando le finisci, puoi comprare un altro pacchetto oppure passare a Solo. Se compri il pacchetto più volte, probabilmente ti conviene un piano: Solo costa 25 € al mese, senza contare le ore.
Solo
Solo è il piano per il singolo professionista: 25 € al mese, oppure 250 € all’anno (due mesi in omaggio). Include:
- le risposte quando le chiedi, con Suggerisci, le azioni rapide e le domande scritte;
- le risposte Smart, che ragionano più a fondo, e Veloce, che va dritto al punto: Pip sceglie da solo quanto ragionare, e tu puoi indicargli la strada;
- la memoria dei clienti: Pip ricorda persone, promesse e punti aperti, e te li ripropone alla call successiva. Vedi la memoria dei clienti;
- le note dopo ogni call e le domande alle call passate;
- una modalità per ogni tipo di call, con nove modelli pronti da cui partire;
- fino a 15 documenti di riferimento in tutto, considerando tutte le modalità;
- un computer alla volta: la licenza si sposta su un altro computer una volta ogni 30 giorni.
Trascrizione e ricerca nei documenti avvengono direttamente sul tuo computer grazie al modello locale: funzionano anche offline, riconoscono da sole la lingua parlata e sono incluse in ogni piano.
Funzioni extra
Componi il tuo Solo con le funzioni che ti servono, e aggiornalo quando vuoi. Le funzioni extra seguono la cadenza del piano: se Solo è annuale, lo sono anche loro, con una sola scadenza e una sola fattura.
- Invisibilità: +19 € al mese (+190 € all’anno). TellPip resta fuori dalla condivisione schermo e dalle registrazioni, per presentazioni sempre ordinate. Vedi restare invisibili.
- Risposte in tempo reale: +19 € al mese (+190 € all’anno). La risposta compare da sola, senza premere nulla. Vedi le risposte automatiche.
Con entrambe le funzioni extra Solo costerebbe 63 € al mese: Tutto compreso ti dà lo stesso a meno.
Tutto compreso
Tutto compreso è Solo con Invisibilità e Risposte in tempo reale già incluse: 59 € al mese, oppure 590 € all’anno (due mesi in omaggio). È il piano che ti consigliamo se vuoi Pip al meglio in ogni call, e costa meno di Solo con le due funzioni extra. Se desideri mettere a disposizione di Pip la conoscenza della tua azienda, la soluzione ideale è Enterprise.
Enterprise
Enterprise costa 150 € + IVA a postazione al mese, oppure 1.500 € + IVA a postazione all’anno (due mesi in omaggio). Include tutto ciò che offre Solo, con tutte le funzioni extra, e in più:
- la knowledge base aziendale: le fonti collegate come Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint o le cartelle, condivise con tutto il team;
- Proponi alla wiki: dopo ogni call Pip prepara la pagina di note della call e l’aggiornamento della scheda del cliente, che approvi tu e che vengono salvati nella cartella della knowledge base sul tuo computer;
- documenti di riferimento illimitati;
- licenze gestite da un amministratore per tutto il team, con un’unica fattura;
- assistenza prioritaria.

Come abbonarti
Apri Impostazioni → Abbonamento. In Scegli il piano scegli mensile o annuale, poi premi Scegli Tutto compreso, oppure Scegli Solo dopo aver spuntato le funzioni extra che desideri. Per il pacchetto 5 ore premi Compra. Conferma e completi il pagamento nel browser, sulla pagina sicura di Paddle. Per Enterprise premi Contattaci e ti ricontattiamo noi.
L’abbonamento si attiva sul tuo account: TellPip lo riconosce automaticamente, senza codici da inserire.
Le etichette dei piani
TellPip ti mostra sempre con chiarezza cosa offre ogni piano: accanto alle funzioni disponibili con un altro piano trovi una breve etichetta che ti indica come attivarle.
- Funzione extra del piano Solo: una funzione che puoi aggiungere al tuo piano Solo in qualsiasi momento.
- Solo nel piano Enterprise: per esempio le fonti collegate e Proponi alla wiki, disponibili con Enterprise.
- Serve una prova, un pacchetto di ore o un abbonamento attivo: scegli un piano per continuare a usare tutte le funzioni.
I tuoi dati sono sempre al sicuro: sessioni, note e memoria restano sul tuo computer e sono subito disponibili con il tuo abbonamento.
